Jamie Simpson - Owner
On completing high school Jamie served a 4 year Apprenticeship in Carpentry and joinery in Southport, England. Jamie has over 20 years’ experience working in different fields in the building trade, for example bench joinery, manufacturing, shop fitting, building sites, home renovations, loft conversions, event fitting. Over the last 3 years Jamie and his wife Rachael have opened Simply Properties, which is a rehab and remodel company of run down properties in the UK. They have built a substantial rental portfolio of single family homes with very happy tenants.
Jamie and his family have dreamed of living in Florida for the past 4 years, and have been working towards that goal, and achieved it in February 2018. They moved to Florida, with the vision of building your luxury dream homes and expanding the property portfolio.
Jamie has built a good reputation, of honest, reliable and hard working ethos.
Rachael Simpson - Office Manager
Rachael has worked in a number of managerial roles for the local council in Youth Services across the north west of England in Merseryside. She went on to achieve a First Class Honurs Degree as a Registered Nurse in Learning Disability in the UK, working in a supervisor role managing a staff team for a private care company and local authority.
3 years ago Rachael completed Elite Legacy Property Education and opened Simply Properties, which is a rehab and remodel company of run down properties in the UK. They have built a substantial rental portfolio of single family homes with very happy tenants.
Rachael’s role within Pegasus Personal Service LLC will be the first point of contact for our clients. In addition with numerous other tasks, she will be responsible along with Jamie for all project budgeting and scheduling.
